After working in the service industry for more than 5 years. I have found many things to like and dislike about the environment. Imagine just coming into work, setting up the entire restaurant, and then seating 15 guests at a big table and multiple small ones, all by yourself. On top of that, the kitchen is having its worst day and messing up everyone's order? It's quite literally a nightmare.
